The Empire of the Rising Sun has improved from the East, which makes World War III a three-dimensional battle involving the Soviets, the Allies, along with the Empire together with figurines fielding wacky and terrific weapons and technologies such as Tesla coils, heavily armed War Blimps, teleportation, armored bears, smart dolphins, floating island fortresses, and changing tanks. A new superpower was a push to the world stage, and World War III is raging. The time travel assignment goes awry, producing an alternate timeline in which technology has followed an entirely different development. The dire leadership of a doomed Soviet Union travels back in time to change history and revive Mother Russia’s glory.
